1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of products and services provided by NEVOWIX GROUP PTE. LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing or using our eSIM or travel SIM card products (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Nature of Services

2.1 The Company operates as a reseller and distributor of international eSIM and travel SIM card data services.

2.2 The Company does not operate telecommunications infrastructure. Network coverage, quality, speed, availability, and performance are provided by third-party network operators and carriers.

2.3 All Products are intended for lawful travel connectivity use only.


3. Product Activation & Usage

3.1 Activation timing may vary depending on destination, device compatibility, network conditions, and carrier provisioning.

3.2 Certain eSIM products may only activate upon arrival in the destination country.

3.3 Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring device compatibility

  • Enabling data roaming (if required)

  • Proper installation of the eSIM profile

  • Correct APN configuration (if applicable)

3.4 The Company is not responsible for service interruption caused by:

  • Local carrier restrictions

  • Device lock status

  • Network congestion

  • Regulatory changes

  • Customer misconfiguration


4. No Guarantee of Continuous Service

4.1 Network coverage and speed depend on third-party carriers and local infrastructure.

4.2 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service.

4.3 Temporary service disruption due to maintenance, roaming restrictions, or network limitations shall not constitute breach of contract.


5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Once an eSIM QR code has been delivered, it is deemed issued.

5.2 Activated eSIMs are strictly non-refundable.

5.3 For unused eSIMs, refund requests may be considered at the Company’s sole discretion, subject to verification with the upstream carrier.

5.4 No refunds will be granted for:

  • Device incompatibility

  • Change of travel plans

  • Partial usage

  • Expired data plans

  • Incorrect installation


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree:

6.1 Not to use the Products for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

6.2 Not to engage in unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation without written consent.

6.3 To comply with all local laws and telecommunications regulations in the country of use.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific Product purchased.

7.2 The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Travel disruptions

  • Regulatory restrictions imposed by authorities


8. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government regulations

  • Carrier restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Network outages

  • International roaming limitations


9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
