Digital Products (Travel SIM & eSIM)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eSIMs and travel SIM services are generally non-refundable once the order has been processed, delivered, or activated.
Please ensure that:

Your device supports eSIM (if applicable)

The selected destination and plan are correct

Your travel dates align with the plan validity
before completing your purchase.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

The eSIM or SIM was not delivered due to a system error on our side

The eSIM cannot be installed or activated due to a verified technical issue not caused by the customer’s device

The order was cancelled before any delivery or activation details were issued
All refund requests are subject to verification.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

eSIM or SIM has been successfully delivered or activated

Incompatibility with customer’s device

Incorrect destination or plan selection by the customer

Poor coverage due to local network conditions

Change of mind after purchase

Failure to read product descriptions or requirements
