2. eSIM (Digital Product) Delivery
2.1 eSIM products are digital goods and do not require physical shipment.
2.2 Upon successful payment, customers will receive their eSIM QR code and activation details via:

Order confirmation page, and/or
-
Messaging platform (where applicable)
2.3 Standard delivery timeframe for eSIM products is typically:

Within minutes to a few hours after payment confirmation.
In certain cases, processing may take longer due to:

2.4 No physical parcel or courier tracking number will be provided for eSIM purchases.
3. Physical SIM Card Delivery (If Applicable)
3.1 Physical SIM card orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

4. Customer Responsibility

5. Failed Delivery / Non-Receipt
For eSIM orders:

If the customer does not receive the email, they should check spam/junk folders.

Customers may contact support for re-sending of digital delivery.
For physical SIM orders:

Delivery disputes must be reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
6. No Cancellation After Digital Issuance
Once an eSIM QR code has been issued or accessed, the order is considered fulfilled and non-reversible.
Digital products cannot be returned once delivered.
